Cancellation Policy

Salon Cancellation and No-Show Policy At Noble Beauty Collective, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client to ensure the best possible experience. To respect the time of both clients and Artists, the following policies apply to all bookings. Appointment Cancellations Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Repeated last-minute cancellations may require prepayment for future appointments. No-Show Policy A no-show occurs when a client fails to arrive for an appointment without notice. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. After two no-shows, future appointments may require full prepayment or may be declined. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the service and stylist availability. If rescheduling is required, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fee. Payment of Fees Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the card on file or must be paid before booking another appointment. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms and authorize the salon to process applicable fees. Emergencies and Exceptions Genuine emergencies are understood and will be handled at the salon’s discretion. Please contact the salon as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
